THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

The National PKU Alliance (NPKUA) is a vital voice in the PKU community.  Volunteer local support group leaders created the NPKUA in 2008 to serve a dual mission: improve the daily lives of those individuals and families affected by PKU and accelerate the timeline for a cure by investing in peer reviewed and targeted research.  The NPKUA is uniquely positioned to be the ongoing and sustaining voice in the PKU community and has proven itself to be thoughtfully aggressive in helping families who need it most.

When you support the NPKUA, you give thousands a better opportunity for insurance equity, necessary health support and education, promising research initiatives and a voice in the national rare-disease community.  Gifts to the NPKUA support urgent opportunities in the PKU community: including an insurance ombudsman project; “Ask the Experts” web advice; strong, active local organizations; educating officials on the Medical Foods Equity Act and the adult-returning-to-diet initiative.

EMPLOYER MATCH PROGRAMS

Did you know that many companies, big and small, may match donations made to the National PKU Alliance by their employees, employee’ spouses, and retirees. There is no additional cost to you, and it could double, even triple the value of your contribution.

To find out if your employer has a donation matching program, check with your human resources or public relations department. If your company has a matching program, please mail the form to us and we will process it for you.   Our tax id number is 26-2849140.
