May PKUniversity Webinar | PALYNZIQ and Teens with BioMarin
NPKUA and BioMarin welcome caregivers and their teens living with PKU to join an informational webinar to hear more about the recent approval of PALYNZIQ® (pegvaliase-pqpz) for teens ages 12-17.
During this informative session, attendees will:
• Hear from a healthcare provider, Michelle (Missy) Tharp, DNP, FNP-BC, about the latest information from the study
• Listen to a family currently using this treatment share their personal experience
• Have the opportunity to submit questions for the discussion
In addition to caregivers and their eligible teens, this program is also open to eligible adults with PKU over the age of 18.
What is PALYNZIQ?
PALYNZIQ® (pegvaliase-pqpz) is a prescription medication used to lower blood levels of Phe in people 12 years and older with PKU (phenylketonuria) who have uncontrolled blood Phe levels above 600 micromol/L (10 mg/dL) on their current treatment.
